Getting your memories digitized is easier than you think. Here's exactly what to expect.
Drop Off or Ship Your Media
Bring your tapes, film reels, slides, or audio to our Raleigh/Durham location — or pack them up and ship them to us. We'll confirm receipt and send you an order summary within one business day.
We Convert with Care
Your media is inspected and digitized using professional-grade equipment. We review all media and troubleshoot poor video quality to determine whether it is the source material or our equipment.
Pick Up, Download, or Receive
When your order is ready, you'll get a notification. Pick up in person, download your files via a secure link, or have everything shipped back to you on a USB drive or DVD.
Typical Turnaround Times
Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days. Rush service available.
Shipping Your Media
Pack carefully
Wrap tapes and reels individually in bubble wrap. Use a sturdy box with padding on all sides.
Insure your shipment
We recommend including tracking / delivery confirmation. USPS, UPS, and FedEx all offer insurance as well
Include your contact info
Add a note inside the box with your name, phone number, and email so we can match your order quickly.
